Description Anna Marie Dirks 2003-07-29 16:53:49 UTC
Currently, one must click the icon corresponding to an attachment in order
to save it. It would be nice to have this option available in other places,
such as the "File" menu, or perhaps the message's context menu.

Thoughts?

There's also a "save all attachments" request that could be near this
option, actually you have to save one by one.

bug 247089 is not a duplicate of this bug.

47089 asked for the addition of an option to delete an attachment from
a message, which currently cannot be done. Adding a delete option lets
a user keep the mail item without keeping the attachment.

Gerardo: You mention a "save all" for attachments. Is there a bug
report for this? I tried to find one and will open one if there is not
one open. Can you post the # here?

in 2.1.3.2, there is an option in the main menu called "actions | save
attachments", is this clear enough to close this one (anyone who wants
to decide)? :-/
Comment 8 Gerardo Marin 2005-02-07 05:58:12 UTC
I guess it should be enough.
