In Thursday's snap (7/24), I get to name the view and select the type,
but that's it. I can't edit the view I just created, so it's not
especially useful. I can still edit the existing views, FWIW. Given
that it's currently effectively impossible to create useful new views,
I'm increasing the priority to Major.

what is the mean of the "A dialog without anything is shown".
Is it still a bug?
If not, I will closed it in one week late!

Closing due to lack of response, many weeks later.
