Description of Problem:
can not set the "categories" item when creating a new contact

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Double Click one contact to open Contact editor
2. Click "categories" button
3. 

Actual Results:
   An error dialog with "Category editor not available" is shown, and
sometimes, the application will crash.

Fixed in the new build.
