Description:
Description of Problem:
Made a change to the Organization Name in an existing Contact.  

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  select contacts
2. open an existing contact
3. the organization name was spelled incorrectly, changed the
Organization Name
4. click 'save and close'

Actual Results:
The new organization name was saved, but an error message appeared and
the application stopped running.

Expected Results:
The new organization name should be saved and the contact list should
refresh to reflect the change.

How often does this happen?
Every time I change the Organization Name in the contact list.
