New a message, add a attachment. Then focus into the editor. Control+Tab
should navigate to attachment bar. But it do not work. 
But, Shift+Tab can navigate backward, and can navigate to the attachment bar.

As control+tab is areadly binding to INDENT_INC command in gkthtml, I
have suggest use f6 to switch to the attachment window.

Change subject corrspondingly.

Copied from HIG guideline:

In the composer's menu, Ctrl+],Ctrol+[ is actually defined as indent
function. See the format menu of composer. So the Control+Tab  is
actually unneccessary. Just remove it.

Change the summary of the bug.
