Description of Problem:
Unable to collect email from ISP.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Check Email.
2.

Actual Results:
Unable to collect email. Asks for Password and the "Hangs" with error - 

camel-pop3-provider-WARNING **: Bad server response:  DELE, LIST, NOOP,
RETR, RSET, STAT, TOP, UIDL or QUIT


Expected Results:
To collect Email.

How often does this happen? 
Every Time

Additional Information:
The ISP in quaetion is the largest ISP in Canada (Bell Sympatico) So this
problem may hit a lot of people. Please Help :)

this is technically a server bug (it seems to get into an inconsistant
state and barfs)
