Description of Problem:
Mail from my pop.central.cox.net account fails, works fine in 1.2.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try and fetch mail from above server.
2.

Actual Results:
Mail doesn't download, dialog just stays open, completing other tasks.

Expected Results:
Mail would be fetched.

How often does this happen? 
every time I try and retrieve mail.

Additional Information:
Server works fine in 1.2, other pop servers work fine in 1.3.

When downloading mail from this server, the following error is printed in
the console:

"(evolution-1.3:9799): camel-pop3-provider-WARNING **: Bad server response:
 DELE, LIST, LAST, NOOP, RETR, RSET, STAT, TOP, UIDL or QUIT"
