Description of Problem:
Keyboard: Quick search need accesskey.

Expected Results:
In mail component, there should has accesskey for quick search.And buttons:
Find Now, Clear also should have accesskeys. such as S_u_bject contain,
Find _N_ow, _C_lear.

the menu items cannot easily have accel keys for various reasons.

the Find Now/Clear buttons can get them tho...

The Find Now and Clear buttons are having access key now.
