Description of Problem:
Evolution 1.3.2 is not supporting format=flowed in
the content-type header.

Actual Results:
format=flowed does nothing and is not supported

Expected Results:
format=flowed should allow better viewing of
messages(wrap to window or specified width), and
it should be respected when replying or
forwarding.  it should also allow nicer
copying/pasting, eg. if the sender didn't hit
return, when you copy it it shouldn't have a return.
