Description of Problem:
Keyboard: Can't expand/collapse folders with keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start evolution and go to mail component.
2. Select one message, click Actions-> Move to folder.
3. In Move messages to dialog, click up/down arrow to move focus to the
folder which is not expaned.
4. Click Right/Left arrow, enter or space to expand the folder.

Actual Results:
The folder can't be expanded by keyboard.

Expected Results:
There should provide a way to expand the folder by keyboard.

There is the same problem with Summary Preferences.
Click Tools->Settings, click Summary Preferences, click Weather tab.
Can't collaps/expand the folders in All column.

Not a bug. Just use =/- to expand/collapse the folder list.
