Description of Problem:
Keyboard: Duplicated accesskeys in Evolution Settings dialog.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start evolution.
2. Click Tools->Settings.
3. Click Mail Preference.
4. Check "Confirm when expunging a folder" checkbox and Close button.

Actual Results:
The accesskeys for them are duplicated.

Expected Results:
the accesskeys should be unique.

Alt+C will switch between the two items.
Close the bug.
