Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. tab to folder list panel, assume you have enough mail folders.
2. use down or up arrow key to quickly navigate through the folder list.
3. when the focus out of the current view,

Actual Results:
focus now is out of eye sight.

Expected Results:
folders list need to scroll automaticly so that focus can be seen.

How often does this happen?
