Description of Problem: To have an option in the settings to change the
reply heading at the beginning of the reply.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Receive an email
2. Click on reply
3. 

Actual Results:"on date, time, name wrote:" and no way to configure it.


Expected Results:Be able to configure what is used when hitting reply


How often does this happen? Always


Additional Information:  Haven't seen a way to configure this, either
through settings in the GUI or through the source anywhere, or at least
don't know where to look.
