Description of Problem:
Keyboard: Can only select two categories with keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start evolution.
2. New a contact.
3. Click Alt+t to open Edit Categories.
4. Focus on Available Categories, click Space to select category.
5. Move focue to another category by up/down arrow and select category by
Space key.

Actual Results:
You can only select two categories.

Expected Results:
there should allow select more categories.

How often does this happen?

hm, i can't focus the categories table at all at present.

I can focus on the category table, but after select two categories, it
can't be focused.

still, the dialog works fine with the mouse.  removing 1.4 target
milestone.
