Description of Problem:
Keyboard: Can't select more options in Contact Editor with keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start evolution.
2. New a contact.
3. In Contact Editor, move focus to the Business field, at the right of the
Full Name.
4. Try to open the list by keyboard and select another option, such as company.

Actual Results:
Keyboard can't finish this action.

Expected Results:
There should have one way to pop up the list and select another option by
keyboard.

How often does this happen? 
always.

a11y/hig issue.  removing the 1.4 target milestone.

This bug has not in addressbook now.
