Description of Problem:
Keyboard: underlined letter can 't work in submenu.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start evolution.
2. Click Alt+F, it will pop up file menu.
3. Click Alt+G or Alt+W or Ctrl+I.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
Alt+G should pop up Go to folder dialog.
Alt+W should switch to offline state.
Ctrl+I should pop up Evolution Import Assistant dialog.
.....................

I don't understand this bug.  Why should Alt-G bring up the "Go to
folder" dialog?  Why are you expecting the other Alt-letter
keybindings to do anything?

Control-I doesn't work when you have popped up the menu, because when
you have popped up the menu you are in menu navigation mode, which
disables the shortcuts.  Arguably that should behave differently, but
that's the way GTK and all the GNOME applications work.  If it's an
issue, it should be brought up with the GTK team.
