Description of Problem:
Keyboard: Can't select Server Type with keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start evolution.
2. Click Tools->Settings. 
3. Add a new account.
4. In Recerving Mail dialog, click Alt+T to focus on Server Type.
5. Click up/down arrow to select Server Type.

Actual Results:
Focus moves to the Cancel button if you click down arrow.

Expected Results:
Server Type list should pop up and users can select one by moving up/down
arrow.

How often does this happen?

sounds more like a gtk bug than an evolution bug.

actually, when using alt-T to focusing on the "Server Type", 
one can use spacebar to expand all the options, then use the up/down
arrow to select. 

Anyway, I am not sure whether this is the best way. Is there anywhere
an  operation style to say that one should not be bothered  to press
an spacebar but directly using the up/down arrow to chose?

that would be a question for the gtk developers. I wouldn't know.
