selected all messages in a very full imap folder, hit the trash can to
delete them all, then realized i wanted the whole folder gone, so i
right clicked on it and hit delete.  the messages weren't finished
deleting before i tried to delete the folder, but they were almost
there.  evo mailer crashed.
