Description of Problem:
Call me stupid, but I keep hitting Delete when I mean Print, cos they're
right next to each other, and to be honest they look a bit the same. Can
we have an option to put the Delete icon waaaaaaaaayyy out on it's own,
in RHS of tool bar ? Thanks. Or - make the Delete Icon a big Cross, like
Outlook.

Adding myself to CC: and targetting for 1.6 when we do all the UI

Sure, changing that sort of thing is easy enough.  

I'm going to change the priority field for this bug; in keeping with
our rubrics for organizing Evolution bugs, this is "cosmetic", not
"major". Please don't be alarmed. :) 

Changing priority doesn't mean that this bug isn't important, it just
means that this bug doesn't really describe a crash, or something else
very seriously wrong. Evo will still work for you with the current
toolbar layout, so it isn't a "Major" bug.
