Description of Problem:  Crash handler steps in when the program is
closed down from the menu bar.  Using KDE 3.1 Desktop (after using
apt-get install).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on the task bar and close Ximian
2. Ximian crashes on shutdown
