Description of Problem:
When printing an email to a remote printer, error generates.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Highlight an email in any folder
2.  Choose File->Print from the menu
3.  Choose the remote printer to print to
4.  Press Print button.  Error generates.

Additional Information:
The remote printer is in a mixed Linux/Windows environment.  The remote
printer actually is controlled by a Windows2000 Server using LPR to
control unix print queue.  Evolution is run on a RedHat 8.0 distribution
with a 2.4.19 kernel and all standard RedHat updates.
