Connector does not support offline. However, there are still some warts
in its failure to support offline.

Exchange account sometimes appears in remote connection list, sometimes
doesn't. (http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=33105)

Calendar breaks when going offline then back on (http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=33114)
