Description:
Description of Problem:
Mail filters do not get applied automatically on IMAP inbox. (Yes, they
are marked to be applied.)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set up IMAP account
2. Create a filter and enable it
3. Send mail to account matching filter

Actual Results:
Mail stays in In-box. Must apply filter manually for it to work.

Expected Results:
Automatic application of filter to inbound mail.

How often does this happen?
Every time

Additional Information:
Returning to POP type account, all is normal.



Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
