Description James Ivey 2003-02-12 18:44:55 UTC
Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
Recipients claims to never receive mail from me when I send (I doubt their
veracity).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Send mail.
2. Call next day to see if they received it.
3. They say "no."

Actual Results:
Mail goes out and no notification comes back. No UI is provided (that I'm
aware of) to request delivery status notification.

Expected Results:
Should be able to request delivery status notification (DSN) for an
outgoing message. Would be better to be able to make DSN a default. Even
better would be to allow DSN specification for individual contacts (akin to
the "wants HTML mail" checkbox. Even better would be to specify that for a
given category (e.g., "Business").

How often does this happen?
n/a
