Description Philippe Le Hegaret 2002-12-05 04:01:59 UTC
Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
When using more than one email account with Evolution (one imap (default)
and one spool), "Mail a message" in the toolbar (or Ctrl+N) always bring a
"Compose message" with the default account (imap) instead of using the
context folder to determine which account should be use to send the message.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create an imap and spool accounts. make imap the default.
2. select the spool account account
3. ctrl+N (or use the toolbar)

Actual Results:

the compose message will always use the settings (signature, ...) of the
imap account instead of using the settings of the spool.

Expected Results:
Same as when you use the menu Actions/Compose New Message, i.e. use the
settings of the account associated with the folder.

How often does this happen?

always.

Additional Information:
Comment 1 Jeffrey Stedfast 2002-12-06 16:27:29 UTC
I can make them consistant, but I cannot make them both use the
account which contains the currently selected folder - it's impossible
to do (the New button doesn't have the context, since it is not in the
mailer - it is in the shell)
