Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to an HTML email messages
2. Select File -> Print...
3. Print to a file

Actual Results:
The mail component crashes.  The file which I attempted to print to is
created, but it has zero length.

Expected Results:
The mail component does not crash, and the file contains the postscript
email messages.

How often does this happen?
Every time I try to print an HTML mail.

Additional Information:
Printing plain text emails works OK.
