Attempted to print from the mail folder several times and mailer
crashes.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In INBOX select or open mail and print from the print icon
2. press print
3. 

Actual Results:
Segmentation Fault

Expected Results:
Email prints to default or selected printer
