Description of Problem: Evolution crashes when clicking "New
Appointment" button


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to calendar view in Evolution
2. set view to work week
3. "New Appointment" button

Actual Results: Program crashed


Expected Results: able to set a recurring or non-recurring appointment
