I tried but cannot find a exact dup, so I open a new bug here.

Description of Problem:
     When viewing a mail with attachment, right click the attachment, there
isn't a "open with" menu item. I'd like to use this menu item to choose
which application to open the attachment.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
     As stated above.

Actual Results:
     No "open with" item.

Expected Results:
     There is a "open with" item.

How often does this happen? 
     Always
