Package: Evolution Priority: Normal Version: 1.0.8 Synopsis: Evolution mail seg fault printing Outlook email Bugzilla-Product: Evolution Bugzilla-Component: Mailer Description: Description of Problem: Attempting to print an email sourced from Outlook seg faults the evolution app. Must close and restart Evolution to view any email folder. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have someone send you an email from Outlook Express 5 or 6. 2. Receive email 3. Attempt to print it. Actual Results: 1. Error dialog... Application "evolution-mail" (process xxxxx) has crashed due to fatal error. (Segmentation fault) then 2. Error dialog... The Evolution component that handles folders of type "v<folder name>" has unexpectantly quit. You will need to quit Evolution and restart in order to access that data again. Expected Results: Email prints like any other. How often does this happen? Every time attempt made to print an Outlook email. Additional Information: Using version 1.0.8 on RedHat 8.0. (The Evolution rpm was installed off the RedHat 8 CD...)
