The evo mail reader should handle html anchors that are internal to the
mail. IE... <a href="#foo"/> that it seems to launch my browser for and
send it to cid:/#foo, which of course, does not work.

This apparently requires a lot more work than I thought. Reassigning
back to the default owner.
