Description Matt Thompson 2002-09-30 20:36:51 UTC
Package: Evolution
Priority: Cosmetic
Version: 1.1.1
Synopsis: Hiding formatting toolbar
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Mailer

Description:
This is a wish for the next beta(s) of Evolution. While I know HTML mail is popular for some reason, I am not one of its fans. Thus I compose in plain text. That said, I wish there was a way to hide the formatting toolbar when I compose my messages.

When you're not composing HTML mail, most of the toolbar (the lowest one in a "Compose a message" window) is greyed out and useless. And, while the list and justification options are cool, they aren't necessary. So, I'd love to be able to have a cleaner window and hide the formatting toolbar. I've looked in every preference-type dialog to find an option like this, but I don't see one. Please build one in.
