Description of Problem:
When entering an address in the contacts editor, the country should
default to the locale of the user or a user set default


Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.

I don't see why.  I have about half of my contacts in USA (Non es_MX)
and half in Mexico (es_MX), however I use es_ES because es_MX sucks.
Maybe the second option, and even that would be a PITA.

We'll i live in holland, and about 99% of my current contacts live in
holland... I agree basing it on the locale of a user might cause
problems, however a default value would be realy handy.

An other option might be to let the drop down list jump to the first
letter pressed (or even when typing the country, jump to the closest match
