Description of Problem:
When trying an "Any field contain query" in the GAL folder get the
following worning and the query is not performed:

  The backend for this address book refused to perform this query.

"Any field.." query works in Exchange contacts folder and ldap.ximian.com.


How often does this happen? 
Everytime

Can we disable "Any field contains" searches for the GAL or at least
provide a better error message. For example:

 "This type of query is not permitted for this addressbook"

If not possible at this point for 1.2, then please change milestone to
1.4.
