Description of Problem:

I would like to be able to set up tasks that recur.  Such as every other 
Wednesday a task item to "Set out recyclables for collection."  Currently 
I have to set up such items as appointments which marks the calendar day 
as having an appointment when I don't have a real appointment.

Outlook contains the ability to produce recurring tasks.
