Let me give you more detail.

1. New message
2. Set format to HTML
3. Open galeon
4. Select all
5. Atl+Tab to message
6. Ctrl+V to paste
7. Move the cursor all the way up to the first line
8. Hit enter to insert a line.
9. boom
