Description of Problem:
Trying to print the working week as seen in the screen. The result is a
print of the week view not the working week view.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select calendar
2. Select working week view
3. Select printing preview

Actual Results:
A preview of the week view

Expected Results:
A preview of the working week view

BTW: This is still the case - and it would be quite a nice feature to
consider once you guys get back to feature work (as opposed to the
GTK2 port).
