Description Szabó, Balázs (dLux) 2002-04-19 13:32:38 UTC
Description of Problem:

When I enter an event into evolution calendar with Hungarian characters,
then it become unreadable in Palm after a synchronization. It seems that
the copy operation lacks an utf8->latin1 conversion.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enter an event which has a description like this: "Telepítő script"
2. Do the synchronization with a PalmOS device
3. Check the result in DateBook or DateBook+ on the PalmOS device
(Optional:)

Actual Results:
"Telepítő script" become "TelepítÅ‘ script".

Expected Results:
The same.

How often does this happen?
Every time.

Additional Information:
I use Handspring Visor Deluxe (with DateBook+) as a Handheld and I use an
USB Cradle with it.

Sorry for the grammatical errors, I'm a bit tired :-)
