Description of Problem:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Configure to sign all outgoing mails with PGP
2. Forward contact to someone

Actual Results:

Doesn't ask for passphrase and sign the mail

Expected Results:

Asks for passphrase (unless remembered) and signs mail

How often does this happen?
