Description Dick Porter 2002-03-15 12:06:46 UTC
It would be nice if the calendar could generate a summary of today's
appointments and email it to me first thing in the morning.

Note: this is different from bugs 18432 and 21898 (and 19537, 16887, 15391
and 17696) because those are dealing with individual appointments, not the
list for today.

This could also be extended to send a weekly summary for the first day of
the week, etc. too.
Comment 1 André Klapper 2006-03-30 14:45:13 UTC
updating version number, still missing in 2.5.
Comment 2 Benzo 2006-08-25 18:09:56 UTC
Guys are you planning to implement the summary of the day? (birthdays, appointments, maybe rss, weather, etc), I guess it was called My Sumamry, I know that Evolution had it by old screenshots and I cannot find a logical reason to not have it.
Thanks

There is a plan for having agenda view in calendar. Srini is workin on it. Adding him in the CC list.
Comment 4 Matthew Barnes 2008-03-11 00:28:32 UTC
Bumping version to a stable release.
Comment 5 André Klapper 2021-05-19 11:11:58 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
