Description of Problem:

One of my co-workers is using Outlook with our Exchange server.  When he
sends me attachments of Word documents they aren't decoded by Evolution. 
In the bottom pane they just show up as 'unknown type attachment'.  If I
save them to the hard-drive and look at them with less or something I can
see the email message and the document saved together.

Attachments aren't usable.

Expected Results:
Attachments would be decoded so I could use them.

How often does this happen?
