The "On %a, %Y-%m-%d at %H:%M, %%s wrote:"-string should be customizable in
some configuration dialog.  Seems I can do this by editing locale-files (at
least it appears so, from a quick glance at the source), but this is a
clumsy way of doing it, and not everyone knows how to do it.
