I had to hit it with my shoe five times, and then it still wouldnt die,
so I tried to mv bug to /dev/null, but it crawled back from the void
just to byte my fscking harddrive. Thats when I copyied it to a Floppy
and threw the floppy out the window after setting it on fire, then I ran
out side and shut the power off to my house. and yanked the phone cord
out of the wall.

Wow. That _is_ ugly :)

It looks to me like it came from cpuload applet or multiload applet.
Reassigning. I'm not sure the rest of the trace is too helpful, so
don't be surprised if Martin closes it. Or reassigns it, if it's
not multiload.

Ever had anythng like that in gnome 1.4, btw? Or is this 1.2-specific?

Can you still reproduce this problem? Please try the latest packages
and report back to us.

Moving bugs from obsolete component cpuload to 'general'.
