Description of Problem:
Palm sync Chinese (BIG5) characters won't show
correctly.  When typed in Chinese directly, it
shows correctly for Evolution, but it failed to
sync Chinese characters from Palm.  The Chinese
character in Palm is in BIG5 encoding format.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sync with Palm
2. No Chinese (BIG5) characters shown
3.
