Categories don't seem to sync from my Palm III to Evolution.  This seems
like it can be deferred to post 1.0.

1.  Addressbook contacts in Palm III have assigned categories, including
custom categories.

2.  Do a sync to Evolution using "Copy from Pilot" setting.

3.  Individual contacts do not show any assigned Categories

4.  Master list of Categories does not include custom categories used on
Palm III.
