Synopsis: The contact list should have an option for 'wants to receive encrypted e-mail'
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Contacts [was: Addressbook]

Description:
For a specific contact, you should have the option of specifying that
the recipient always wants to receive gpg encrypted e-mail. When
composing to that recipient, a dialog could come up to that says 'Do you
wish to send encrypted e-mail to the specied recipient?'.
