Description Brent Redeker 2001-10-27 04:49:47 UTC
Package: Evolution
Priority: Normal
Version: 0.16
Synopsis: Evolution crashes during startup when using old configuration directory
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Mailer

Description:
I copied a back up version of ~/evolution/ into my home directory.
Evolution now crashes while it starts up.

If this info helps, I am running Red Hat 7.1 with kernel upgraded to
2.4.12-ac6. All updates are current according to Red-Carpet (so it is
Evolution beta 6).

Red carpet does not and will not support debian sid or debian potato with a
sid/woody libc; sorry. We're very, very well aware of the problem, and we will
support woody as soon as it is released as a stable distro.
