Description:
When the Tools->Mail Setings->Accounts->Edit->Receiving Mail->Use Secure
Connection (SSL) option is changed (at least for an IMAP Server Type),
the change does not appear to take effect until evolution is restarted.
Other changes do seem to take effect after they are applied.
