Description:
Well I freshly rebooted my system then loaded Mozilla 0.9.5 started
surfing the web, loaded up x-chat 1.8.0 and started talking on it and
then loaded up evolution.  First thing I did was close the dialog box
and then I clicked on send/recieve and I got this bug buddy window so
I'm filing a report.

to whomever is marking things as dups, this is a dup of a bug that is
marked as a "depends on" for a bug assigned to notzed for 1.2 to "make
ibex scale better"
