Description:
I have Evolution 0.13 installed along with Ximian Gnome for MDK8.0 and
have set up a POP mail account. 

When I try reading the "Welcome to Evolution!" mail by marking it, the
status bar at the bottom says "Retreiving  message..." but after 2-3
seconds, a window pops up that says 

"Error while 'Retreiving message 1': Failed to get lock using fcntl(2);
Permission denied".

My inbox fomat is mbox, and I have a file named mbox (which I believe
Pine uses?) in my homedir. I tried manipulating it in all possible ways,
with no luck. My homedir is NFS-mounted.
